• How do I create a subscription?

  Joining is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Delivery option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

• What will happen after I create a subscription?

  Your order for a new product will process on the frequency you chose at checkout. If you chose to process an order every 2 months you will likely get your order a week after.

• When will I receive my complimentary 5th product?

  Your complimentary bottle will automatically arrive at your usual order frequency.

• Which product will I receive as a complimentary gift?

  The complimentary 5th bottle will be the same product that you are subscribed to.

• How much does shipping cost?

  Subscription orders ship free throughout the United States.

• How do I know what order frequency is right for me?

  We preselect our recommended frequency on each product but if you are unsure every 2-3 months is the average.

• Can I change my subscription order frequency once it is set?

  Yes, you can login to your subscription account anytime to adjust your subscription frequency, or contact hello@therootist.com for assistance.

• How do I make changes to my subscription orders?

  Once you’ve subscribed, subscriptions are easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

• Can I skip a delivery?

  You can make changes to your subscription orders including skipping an order or swapping for another product.
